I wouldn't trust anyone that can't spell "you're" correctly - I have an OLED and the burn in is ridiculous after a year. I don't watch news or anything that should cause it. Heck, we barely watch tv. LG customer service is horrible when it comes to burn in…. They tell you to use the pixel refresh a hundred times then give you the run around for months. When your warranty expires and you speak with corporate, they give a 10% coupon on their site that is usually 20% more than every other site…. I've owned 2 OLEDs and never buying another….
FWIW... Rtings UR8000 Series Review: 7.1/10
This might be the only 65" LG LED with a VA panel.

If money was not a concern, I'm sure you are right. But since it is for most people on slickdeals, Would others say this is a good value for the specs at $399.99?

That's what kept me from shelling out top price for an OLED. Nowadays prices are more reasonable but just a few years ago the 77" would go on sale for $4,900.

Yeah... some people get lucky and have a 4 year old OLED TV that performs as it did brand new BUT then there's the ones that start having issues within a year.
What model was your OLED TV.?

I have an OLED from LG as well and the burn in is real. Really distracting when something is a solid color especially red on the bottom of the screen
I had the same thing after one year; will never go OLED again until they can improve.

My model was Product/Model No.: OLED55B7A / LCL

I see 429.99, not 399.99 at checkout. Did I miss something?

Bought this TV to swap a 42". This would be a great bedroom, bathroom, porch, living room, etc…. After 20+ years of buying $2k+ only at this size or bigger this is as good as any other TV I bought. Guessing the refresh rate will have some small noticeable flaws watching hockey. Nothing that in real life will matter. On in on TV for 24 hours though really happy. Do not over think this one.

I have an Oled, which has good amount of burn in, primarily due to LG apps.

TV prices have dropped so much it's insane. I've had an LG C3 for a few years now and 1000+ hours of rocket league later there's still no burn in (it has very prominent areas where you'd expect it)

How could you have a C3 for a few years when it just came out in 2023?

Reviews say clunky remote and TV interface is slow. Anyone has experience with it?

Yes, I am used to using Roku. I got the 43" version of this TV for my home office, and the UI was HORRIBLE. Sooo slow, had to accept new terms every day it felt like, and overall too complicated. I was hoping to like it, especially with the cool pointer remote from LG that felt like it should have been faster to use. But definitely get yourself a Roku if you buy this TV. Otherwise, I think the picture looks great, especially in 4K

I have the 43" version also. A Roku or fire stick is a must. Going from a TV with 120hz to a 60hz was my biggest regret. I'm used to it now so it doesn't bother me as much but I almost took it back l. My other complaint with this TV is it doesn't have RCA outs on it, but I now use HDMI ARC.
