Perfect for the cheap, insensitive ass!
Was at dollar tree and bought this. It is not on their website and very YMMV.
It rang up at $1.00 (not $1.25) for 116.57 square feet. That is the lowest price on 2-ply TP that I've ever seen, creaming everything in my old
TP comparison post. It's 25% lower than the the next lowest was Sam's club at 1.15¢/sq-ft, which requires a membership and buying a box the size of a Buick.
That said, it's not perfect:
- It's not great quality. If you are picky about your TP, pay 3-4x as much and get Charmin.
- The rolls are tiny. You'll have to change rolls frequently. You might not like that.
- I don't know if this is a permanent item or available everywhere. It was at my Dollar Tree. ***Edit: It is likely nationwide. There are reports in the comments of this deal at other locations, and no reports that it couldn't be found***
On the plus side, if sharpen your claws on a whole roll at at time like I do, you're only out seventeen cents. Mega rolls are much more money.

This has a satisfying tearing, then I get to roll around in it. Very nice.
My manservant tried to make a scratching post with sandpaper and it was just.... Wrong. Felt awful on the paws and I wouldn't use it. Sisal is much better.
