Some of the other colors come on the bracelet. The orange is on bracelet and a couple bucks cheaper.
That's because that model is a Ray II. It's a step below the Kamasu but still a good watch. Orient makes several divers that all look quite similar, Ray II, Mako, Kamasu, Kamasu II (which looks like a Ray II, but with sapphire).
I have to agree with the above posters. This watch is a great value and a quality build, but the Kamasu bracelet is not so good. Get the watch on a rubber band, and put it on an aftermarket bracelet if you want to.
In my research, they are a grey market seller. The products are indeed Orient watches at discount, but they're not an authorized seller if you have any warranty or issues.
Looks nice, but I might want something even smaller for my <6" wrists. Not many options for me.
There are several great options like Seiko 5 deal posted on sleakdeals which is 37 mm, Zeppelin lz 129 36 mm if you want Chrono and moon phase, check ali express for all Chinese brands you can get many 36 mm watches, I have same wrist and try to stick with 44 mm or less lug to lug, although have some big watches, wear what you like
Personally, I prefer the Kamasu on a metal band but this is a great price for a do-it-all watch with sapphire, 200m WR and a reliable movement.
I had mine for over 4 years now and I wear it daily. Taken it hiking, camping, swimming pools, beaches and still kicking and accurate. I highly recommend this watch

I have a bambino with the woven stainless band its sharp as hell, but this might be worth buying to swap it for a black powder coated steel band for when I need something to to complement dark attire, or contrast light attire. Talk me out of this fellas.

That one isn't sapphire though
