Not sure I've ever heard of anybody grabbing cup noodles with the thought that it's going to be healthy. That's like saying energy drinks aren't good for you. Definitely not the best, but serves a purpose.

It depends on the person and their age.... BUT

Saturated fats are considered unhealthy because they can raise LDL (bad) cholesterol levels in your blood, which can increase your risk of heart disease and stroke. Saturated fats can cause cholesterol to build up in your arteries.

Maybe go with plain chicken or beef stock variety. There was a deaI on 12-pack the other day here for round ~4.5. Got that, so pIan on puttin sriracha, soy sauce, and mayve a dab of honey. Prob wiII be cIose 'nuff to this one.

You can microwave this cup. The Styrofoam? Nope.

Say what you will but this plus a envelope of some shelf stable protein is a nice emergency lunch at work.

I had to run in today and if I had this is have it instead of the fast food garbage I'm eating.

the chili is vegetarian, not super healthy but I don't need to eat every meal so I'm gonna try a few ...read the ingredients...artificial sweetener sucralose. it's got carbs and other naturals sweets, and the sucralose to bring the calories down. not good for diabetics OR people trying to avoid artificial sweeteners. GARBAGE! either go all artificial, or none, hybrid is the worst possible scenario

No one tells you to eat cup noodles everyday in every meal. Too much intake of ANYTHING would be hazardous. Drinking too much water in a short period of time is fatal, also known as water intoxication, a disruption of brain function.

You have to look around, but Costco had some brand of packaged noodles that was wheat and baked, not fried.
