They don't specifically say, but from what I've found online in a couple reviews suggest it may be less powerful and most likely uses a cheaper build. The washing station also only has 1 cleaning mode vs 3 on the nicer models.

Are you sure it was used?

This is directly from Braun so seems weird that they would be sending out used items. Not good for their reputation / brand image. They could also get into trouble selling a new used item as new with the FTC etc, but also from a hygiene perspective.

If it were a reseller, yes I'd believe it in a minute.

What did you receive? A shaver with hair bits in it? Just wondering...

That's very weird that others got used ones too. Seems odd for a company like Braun to do (even if they do use a third party to sell/ship them, it isn't something you would think Braun would do)

Just noticed that now I can see the reviews. Of the two who got used/refurb ones, one said they bought from Walmart. I think Walmart (likely a 3rd party seller in Walmart's marketplace) is the culprit for selling that guy a used shaver. I suspect both of them bought at Walmart / Walmart marketplace 3rd party seller. Hopefully the ones we bought are new as the other reviews are quite good.

I bought this a month or two ago at the same price with coupon. Received a brand new razor. This is a significant upgrade from my Series 7 that I had for a few years ago.

man I got a walgreens at a joint that don't even sell Rx meds (wild right?) I got a lower end version of this for around 30, and compared toa philips that actually cuts closer in less passes, the braun has value in not pulling hairs and causing discomfort to the user. Braun style is really nice if you're trying to do some hair length smooth transitions versus something like philips which pushes you towards "beard/no beard" areas

That review is from me. I did buy from this website and got an used one. I don't know how come they response "please reach out to Walmart". Some how could say this company runs like a mess.
