Not for ps4 version but i think you may be right. I doubt this comes with the game even thought the product details on the 22 dollar version says it does.

NFS Unbound was a PS5 only release, so the PS4 version shouldn't come with the game.

The game is boring after a bit, too much of a grind to upgrade the car. Also wheels aren't fully supported in this game. I couldn't use H-pattern shifter and ffb wasn't working. Not sure if it's changed. I haven't touched this game in 2 years. Here's what comes with this silly collectors edition:
