I mean it's 2 "triple rolls" so it's basically 0.021 cents per sheet (270 sheets) for the amazon and 0.016 cents per sheet (1212 sheets) for Costco. Not everyone wants to store 12 rolls of papers towels, think its still a decent deal if you just need a few.

Obviously bulk is cheaper but it's a good deal for 2. They're normally $6.97 at Walmart.

Many people, obviously. Otherwise they wouldn't package them this way.
What gets me about these "double" and "triple" rolls is I don't remember ever seeing them with only 40 - 50 sheets on a single roll.
