Fiberglass is a fire retardant that's been used in the mattress industry for ages. People were exposed to fiberglass when they took the mattress covers off to attempt to wash them. The mattress covers shouldn't have been removed but they were and it basically gets everywhere when it is. They no longer use fiberglass though if that's the question

been laying on one of their basic "green tea" foam mattresses for 6-7 years now, no issues at all. never had to deal with customer service tho.

Have been sleeping on the Spa Sensations by Zinus from WalMart since 2011. I looked back in my email and see it was $429 back then and recall finding the deal here or on FatWallet (RIP). Happy to order a replacement, especially at this price.

Can you please explain what happened? I have had this mattress (from Amazon, prior FP SD)for a couple days now & I am extremely pleased, more than satisfied with it. Zinus website says this mattress is Fiberglass free. I'm 125lbs & temps were hi 80s the day it was delivered. I had it unboxed, out of shrinkwrap within 50 min of it being delivered. It filled out great & feels just wonderful to sleep on.
