I'd say for, fox GRIP2 (or GRIP X2 the new one) for rockshox something like lyrik ultimate would be a better upgrade if anything

MSRP is stupid expensive. But deals on bike stuff are easy to find.
I just got this bike for $2100, but thinking this would be a worthy upgrade. What's the offset all about, would the geos change?
