$33 for a small meyer lemon? This is no deal, you'll find them cheaper in many big box stores with regularity throughout the season, or can get much, much larger ones for not a whole lot more from nurseries.
I bought 2 of these about a year ago. Suppose to be easy to grow. Both died about 3 months after I got them. Don't waste your time or money.
These were about $8 in Walmart clearance last fall. My lemon tree isn't doing well, but the lime tree has a lime growing already.

Lemons are easy to grow… I've grown them. You literally just need to remember to water the plant.

I have an Improved Meyer lemon tree - young one - from a nursery. It is thriving and already has many tiny green lemon buds. Lemons won't be ready until November.
Citrus plants are not allowed to be transported across state lines so finding a local grower was a bit tough - but finally found one in another town.

Also - many people make the mistake of putting their baby lemon tree in a big pot. Don't do this - they want to be root bound for quite awhile. 👍🏻

Don't be stupid. California is a major agricultural producer. Don't need disease being brought into the state.

My SO has a pretty strong breed, over the years the lemon output has tripled with large lemons. I started grafting 3 branches. One has rooted but the roots are barely stubbles so I regrafted that branch and will see how it goes.

I wouldn't buy at this price, but a couple pro tips:
1) Plant in full sun...they love heat. Average water and fertilizer requirements.
2) There's a reason the container stock is mostly friable sand...it loves well drained soil. If you have heavy clay, you will need a minimum of 50% amendment, with lots of sand. Most planted stock is lost due to 'wet feet' aka root rot. It loves its oxygen.
3) Intrinsically related to #2, it does NOT like it's root ball disturbed at planting time...utmost care should be taken to preserve its existing delicate roots when planting out. I dig the hole, cut out the bottom of the container leaving sides intact, and use my hand as the bottom of the container to set out the plant. Then pack one side of the container, and cut a vertical slice down the exposed side, and simultaneously pack the remaining side as you lift the remnants of the pot's sides from the root ball. Yep, THAT careful.
4) Expect to water more to establish over several months, don't 'harden off' for drought stress too early, allowing roots to get to parent soil first.
5) Improved Meyer is IMHO the best of all lemons, in spite of it not being a true lemon...dynamite for cooking, drinking, etc.
