FYI, Amazon currently has two 2 cubic foot bags of MG potting soil on sale, for $27.19, shipped free for PRIME (or with $35 purchase). That's $13.58/bag.
25 qt bags hold 6.25 gallons of soil, or 0.83 cubic feet (7.5 gallons per cubic foot). So even buying 3 of these is only going to give you ~2.5 cubic feet of potting soil, at the cost of $24. MG started this nonsense a few years back, switching from 1 & 2 cubic foot bags (still available, if you look for them), to the 25 and 50 quart bags. Less soil, for more money.

Looks like it. Sam's seems to have a good price. Or check your local Walmart. Mine has these bags for $14.48 (less than a dollar more, per bag, than the Amazon price was).
