I jumped on the deal as soon as I saw it, but I would've preferred iTunes for the possible free future upgrades.

I do see it on iTunes now. You can't search for the deal directly. You need to search for one of the movies in the collection, and then look down the page for "Also Included In:" section for bundles that it is included in.

Fanflix is one code for all the films. I bought it there since I had not used them before so wanted to see how they handles the movie purchases.

I'm a bit of a noob and only recently started with MA and iTunes movie collection. I'm also interested in keeping all redeemed digital copies to 4k.


Would not the connected iTunes account (linked thru MA) potentially be 4k if the upgrade appears?


Or is the 4k upgrade only possible if redeemed directly thru itunes?

It seems if you buy a movie on iTunes and they eventually upgrade it to 4K then you would have that 4K version on iTunes only as it would not be ported again down the line to the other services in 4K so like with these films they will always be in HD on MoviesAnywhere even if any eventually were upgraded to 4K. Some mentioned that Vudu does the same thing with occasional 4K upgrades on your past purchases.

How old is everyone? Are we still talking about 4/20 like it's hip? I didn't realize it was even 4/20 yesterday and still sparked a spliff. It's not a big deal anymore. Knock it off.

A little late but what I meant was that buying it through FanFlix would make sure that the titles are shown separately in Vudu since MoviesAnywhere would split them up after redemption. When you buy bundles on Vudu, they tend to keep them together so you have to do a little extra navigation. Kind of annoying, but not end of the world.

Sorry for the confusion on that one!
