Is this price actually slick? Also, free flow is convenient if you are cooking for one but you are paying for a lot of water that is sprayed on each piece to discourage freezer burn.

I find that Costco frozen chicken thighs have a lot of water so I prefer to buy thighs fresh. Their frozen breast fillets are fine though.
I buy chicken quarters (thigh+drumstick) in a 10 pound bag for $7. I could probably throw the drumsticks in the trash and still come out ahead of this deal.
