I've got Armored Core...Id say it's worth the $30. That's actually what I paid for it a couple weeks after release on a one off deal. It's really good. I haven't replayed it but it does have a bit of replayability and it wasn't a really short game like R&C. If you have ever enjoyed an AC game before or the mech combat is interesting for you, I really doubt you would regret keeping it.
