Cool deal. A heads up for those who might not read the fine print - this isn't a showing Transformers: The Movie (1986), but a showing of the first three episodes of the original TV show.

I'll only go if they edit out the emotional Optimus Prime death scene. It still gets me.

Basically 2 for free or still need to buy a ticket and get 2 free?

There's a promo code AMC A-List for $0.99 for the first month (3-month minimum). I'm planning to sign up for it in May.

Very misleading as I thought this was Transformers the Movie. Tickets were cheap enough so might still be a good blast from the past for me.

This is to watch the first 3 episodes of Season 1, not the movie.

Hasbro: Autobots is a great name. Now we need a name for the bad guys. Misleadacons. No. Liealotbots? No. Fibacons. Eh. Somebody grab me a thesaurus!

Want to point out that one of the writers of the Transformers movie (along with a bunch of other animated shows), Ron Friedman, has a gofundme to help with cancer expenses if anyone is inclined to show that kind of appreciation

I find this part off the mark, "Experience the original Saturday morning cartoon..."

Uh, my recollection was it played after school and never on Saturday morning. Cmon get ur nostalgia right! Two misses with not showing the Movie and now this! shake headshake head

The gofundme account is grifting. This dude doesn't need the public's money. He has done very well for himself and asking for donations from this successful guy is totally grifting.
