I chose to do a 1 pay lease and just pay everything at signing. I also had offers for roughly the same total price with $0 down $254 per month, $1k down $207 per month, and $2k down $161 per month. Admittedly those are slightly better than the $6k upfront but they didn't come with the extra $2k in options which I chose to use on lease end protection and tire/wheel protection

I leased an RWD SEL for 6k, 24/12, in California. To get an AWD for the same price is sick af. Good job. Car is great and makes Tesla feel like an econobox.

Wait OP you're telling me that it's $6k plus a $5k rebate in CO? How much was the taxes? I'm in CO as well and reached out to a dealer a few days ago but still haven't gotten an offer yet.

A Hyundai dealer in Bay Area today denied this price to me citing this offer is not for visa holders. Wtf .

Is it true in Texas that you have to pay TTL on full purchase price? I was told TTL is $3-4k on top of the down payment which is a deal killer

Around me the offers end up netting out at about $330-350 a month depending on model. Not bad but not great. Add in some weird Hyundai specific dielectric coolant that needs to be changed at 36 months right at lease end on a 36 month lease for $1000 and hard pass.
