Interesting article about how there are now 1:15 EV fast-charging stations to gas stations in the US:

Too bad gas stations deliver 20-30x more energy per unit time compared to functional fast chargers. That ratio needs to reverse to even be at parity. So need 300 times the current EV infrastructure?
with stand alone car insurance (not combined with any other boat/mortgage house insurance), there is no such deal for an electric vehicle unless you already paid a lot upfront for the past 20+ years. yes, people can have some deep discounts if they combined with their home insurance and pay a lot for many years before that. and living in the middle of the wood where there is no chance of hit and run or accident and driving under 2000 miles a year.
I think there are some factors for your cheap ev insurance. they think your polestar with the penny stock status isn't going to be worth anything soon so theyre glad to let the brick running on the road for cheap.
much better deal.
less $ in long run.
if one cannot afford to pay it all up front. probably shldnt be doing a ev lease anyways.

One of the most expensive states for electricity, registration, and insurance, so buying an EV?
Expect to be dinged hard.
At least the clean air sticker gets you into the car pool lane during rush hour.
have cash for 1 pay . as well as for other luxuries
