Anyone mind sharing a picture of the product page showing the promo? Support is demanding a screenshot in order to issue a credit, super annoying. They also said none of my orders are reflecting the promo.

I contacted support and the first person I spoke with had no clue what they were talking about, they said that the promotional credits were applied to the order. I explained that meant I should be getting promotional credits not that they were applied but they remined stupid. I spoke with somebody else later who said the credits will appear in 30 days after shipment.

People here posting that they had to contact to get the credits made me worried and jump the gun in contacting them. Seems like Amazon pulled through, although no clue why they did these credits different than other credits which normally pay out upon shipment. I understand pushing outside of return period but normally with credits they are just deducted from return amount if you spend them and then return the original items.
