The terms are not clear on whether there is a limit of 1 credit per item or per dollar amount so I played it safe and got it by the dollar amount

Coupon for 15% off is dead. It was available earlier for me but now it made me refresh the page and is no longer available. The $10 promotion is still available but the 15% off part should be removed.

Hopefully it will be sent, I wish there was a way to check if they recognize it. I am worried adding the additional discount via S&S would void the credit, but I did not see anything in the T&C when I ordered that it would, but the offer expired, so not possible to check it anymore.
