Promo credit is amazon credit that can be used on anything sold AND shipped by amazon

True, that's what I did. S & S wasn't showing up, I bought anyway, because I knew the deal would be dead pretty quickly.

Without the S&S and including tax and including the credit, this deal will end up costing me about $7.50. Not as good of a deal as those who got the S&S, but still a decent deal.
