Whatever you do, make sure you get the warranty. Bought xm4 ear buds from here and after a year or so they were affected by a very common issue (one side discharges very quickly) and there's no way to solve. Apparently xm5 are affected as well.

Fortunately they came with the 2 year all state warranty (now it's extra) and I got my money back in a couple of weeks

These are not refurbished, as they don't replace the battery or fix any issue with function whatsoever. They don't even test the units.



I received a pair where one of the earbuds had an 8min runtime. The return process was easy and they paid for shipping both ways. The replacement works great and meets my expectation.

The Linkbuds S for $48 is such a steal. Even $60 is an amazing deal. 90% of the XM4's sound quality minus the inevitable battery issue.

Got these from this seller's eBay page in February for $212 after tax. Could not be more pleased. The cosmetic condition was essentially new.

From their site, it's 90 days, with options to extend to 2 years ($22.49) or 3 years ($32.49).

Dead? At least for WH-1000XM5: now showing $229 for both blue and silver.

Edit: never mind. I'm a doofus and didn't read "20% discount shows at checkout". It shows in cart even. So deal still on! I'm trying to convince the wife to get these instead of Bose for $300.

Is there a way to add it on their site? I only know of getting the Allstate warranty from their ebay store.

Warranty is through a company called CPS (https://www.cpscentral.com/warranty-details/) which I've never heard of...looks like it's a startup of sorts. May go through ebay to get the allstate warranty, they replaced my XM4 headphones without too much headache.

CPS has been around for many many years. Don't know how good they are but not new
