I purchased this last spring. Normal price was listed as $159.99, sale price was $119.99. I'd say unless you find a YMMV sale, this will be around the lowest price possible.
Love the cooler, held ice for 3 day camping trip last spring, cooler was in the shade.
I got it for $97 4 years ago and it's been great. I'd definitely buy it at $109.
I got it then as well, need to replace my Coleman with another of these as a second cooler. 90+ degrees outside, this held ice for 3-4 days riding in the bed of a truck with the rest of my gear while on the trail. Still had a little left after day 4.
I've had this cooler for about 3 years, and I feel like it's hard to beat for the money. Built solid, bear resistant, good gasket, holds ice super well. One minor gripe I have is the drain positioning is just slightly above the bottom of the inside of the cooler, so it is hard to drain every last drop.
They won't stock them again. That's why it was that price and it's been a while since they had any Ozark trails in stock they switched over to the Lifetime about a year ago
FWIW, our Lifetime coolers outperformed our Yeti coolers. We sold the Yetis and now have a 65qt standard and 55qt wheeled Lifetime. We started out with the 77qt but it was bigger than necessary for two people.
