There are a number of combinations at that price, but FWIW the OP is "primer" vs this is finish coat I think there is already a thread with a number of those deals in it.
Oil based, but apparently low odor. Great for spraying spots on drywall where the paper has ripped or quickly priming any wood that will be outdoors but it takes a little while to dry compared to water based. Went through a few cans fixing siding and window trim on my house. Oil is better for stain blocking and outdoor use in my experience but usually very stinky.
It's faster and easier to setup. Works great for quick touch ups. No paintbrush streaks. It's not as potent as bondo in smell but the aerosol is VOC and can really fark you up if you don't wear a ventilator.
The canned could is more versatile be can be dilated and used in HLPV sprayer, paint brush / roller

I keep loosing half sprayed cans to time. I tried rotating them, routinely shaking the cans. But they always gunk up if they are half used and been sitting for months, any advice
