One of the few TB boxes that doesn't come with stuff I don't care for (nachos, cinnamon twists, burrito). I enjoy their tacos and $5 is kind of a steal seeing as it comes with a drink, too.

Their Cantina Chicken is pretty nice. I think it's $3+ on its own and might not be worth it at that price but in this combo, it's great.

I hear these taco bell jokes a lot, and they can be funny sometimes, but to be honest I've never experienced this. I also don't know anyone that's experienced this.

I don't mind the jokes, keeps lines shorter and prices lower for people who appreciate taco bell for what it is! Sure it's generally unhealthy fast food with lots of salt, but so are most places.

Taco Bell excels at providing extreme value, customization, online app deals, being open late or 24 hours, and ton of vegetarian options. I don't know of any chain that competes with it on all these points.

Make sure you swap that basic crunchy taco for another Doritos Loco or even a soft taco supreme for free. Makes it an even better deal.

It's also not the same as the old salsa verde. The old one wasn't avocado-based like this one.

cantina chicken taco has a jalapeno sauce that is slightly spicy, probably depends how much they put on.

The avocado verde salsa comes in a packet about twice the size of their usual hot sauce.

The $6 or $5 one? I'm in Culver City and I see both deals at two locations near me. When I lived in Hollywood though their prices were always $1-$2 more.
