Low dose sertraline works better. Costs less too, sertraline is cheap as a generic drug, and you can probably get a prescription from your PCP if you ask for it.

Also FWIW, I get a $5 off first shipment with S&S clippable coupon, but YMMV on that - I am sure it's account dependent. Final price for me would be $23 for 100 sprays, 23 cents per spray vs Target is 43 cents per spray.

With my experience, this thing works and others like it. Spray on the head about 3-4 pumps and massage around, not on the shaft. Then wait about 5-15 minutes and you will feel it go numb but still a bit sensitve on the shaft. Then wash it off, with or without soap is fine just make sure that you wash it good for at least a minute. Lasts for about 30-45 minutes.
