Found one, but was informed Target clearance prices are location specific based on stock available. They do not match clearance prices for other stores.

Had an interesting experience at the Target in Eagle Rock, a neighborhood of Los Angeles. I figured no way I'd get the deal because I never get these deals, but I saw the Eagle Rock Target showed 7 in stock around 10am today. Everywhere else said OOS. I didn't believe it but looked an hour later and it showed 5. I thought, oh wow, that could mean they actually have some and are selling at the clearance price. Being 15 min away, I figured worth a shot, so I jumped in my car and raced over there.

Two nice guys were waiting in the TV area. I asked if they were there for the C3. They said yeah and that the employee was getting them from the back! She rolled up with five on a cart and asked if I wanted one! I was shocked. The first guy bought two. The second guy bought one. I bought one, and a young guy showed up after me to get the last one. I almost bought two but when the younger guy showed up, figured I'd share the love.

Turns out, others had shown up earlier in the day but were turned away because the employees didn't think they had any. I happened to show up after they found them. Took them awhile to bring them up so must have been stored in some corner somewhere in their warehouse.

This is the first YMMV deal I've ever been fortunate enough to snag and my first ever 4K display so am very appreciative! Congrats to those who also found one and good luck to those still trying!

Thank you. I thought all of those familiar comments were a glitch or I was losing my mind.
That was definitely not a glitch, just putting it out there to all of these secret squirrel types who use the term my local store and other nonsense when saying what they got

cant understand why people run back and forth for a 42" oled tv trash
It was not necessary to reply to each of them individually. You could've multi-quoted, since you responded with the same thing over and over.

Ha, bitter you didn't get one? My C1 refurb none the less is fine after years as PC monitor. No hint of burn in. Way better picture then any LCD.

Cringe?
These are not exactly recommended as PC monitors, the task bar is going to burn in for sure

Well you can but auto hide taskbar has been notoriously buggy in Windows for generations.
It either gets stuck up or stuck down very frequently.

I have the 55 C1 and I hate it
If you are using it with an AVR then web OS will make you want to punch your fist through it daily.
The CEC and ARC Oly work right about 10% of the time if that , my C1 had bad panel out of the box too.
The edges of the picture look like there is a white or bright border around the picture.
They changed the panel 3 times and the main board twice, it made no difference.
Web OS is a trash fire and it put me off of ever thinking of getting another LG anything.
No burn in yet but I would never chance it by using it for a PC monitor.
The industry is moving away from OLED's now for a reason.
Sony stopped making high end Bravia OLEDS that use these panels.
Picture is not great at all due to the bright edges and the software is absolutely abhorrent.
You might not notice how bad it is if you are not using an AVR though.
But the constant update nags are also a huge PITA too.
Web OS is just not worth the headache next TV will be a Bravia for sure
Huh. Didn't know this was a deal for a C1.

For $360, I'll take the risk.

Edit: Also, these panels are bright AF. I had to set brightness to 0 just to match my other panels. IDK where some ppl get the idea that these things cant get bright or exhibit strange lighting issues; PQ is super crisp

Checked our local target (IL 60123 and surrounding), most of them r gone. App or web won't show any inventory. This is specific in store only deal. Our local targets also selling display models at cheaper price. Note, display models r sold as it is without any warranty tho 🥶 I was told that display TVs has been running for over at least a year without power off so I am not sure if it's worth the risk. Considering price, u can take risk if you want. lol
