I am using this one, I think Gel , .7mm one. The rubber grip is nice on these.

Price to performance wise these gel pens have been the best I've found. I've went through around 30 of them from start to finish since I started undergrad/med school. Handed a bunch out to friends as well and they've been impressed as well. I think I've had 1-2 fail prematurely but much better than the sharpie gel pens I've used. Not as good as the G2 or Inkjoy gel but pretty close.

Sad to see they will no longer be manufactured. Another con was the waste these generated since there were no refills unfortunately. Also made in China if that matters to anyone. I think $3 per pack is the lowest I've seen them. Usually on sale they are $6
