There are a bunch of these on Amazon. They slap different names on them but are probably the same. I bought one with a different name and have been using it about 6 months with no issues. $10-$12 is a good price for these. Well worth it.

WHEN HAVING TWO DEVICES PLUGGED IN THE CHARING SLOWES DOWN. YOU CANNOT SUPER FAST CHARGE TWO OR MORE DEVICES AT THE SAME TIME.

That's one of the 4-star reviews wrote.
That is normal for chargers across the board. The rated power of a charger is its total output not per port.

The problem seems the charger doesn't fast charge if you use two ports (forget three ports) at the same time. Is it normal?

By the specs, the two USB-C ports can fast charge 45W and 20W simultaneously. But more than one review reported it wouldn't fast charge if you used two ports at the same time. I have no confidence in the product specs.

120v, won't be great as a international travel charger.

Note: should still fast charge from c1, even if other ports are in use.
I don't believe the specs. I bet it can charge in China which uses 220v. But, 65W with both 45W and 20W? I seriously doubt it.

you need 65w to super fast charge a device. there is essentially no devices on the market that can superfast charge more than one device. a $12 charger? hell no. Even to get dual fast charge(not super) you have to go with a more expensive anker device in the $35 range.

my bigger issue with this style of charger, is the physical form factor... it sticks 2" out from the wall, so if you have 2 wires plugged in the weight of the wires alone will cause the charger to fall out of the outlet. i have a very similar style charger i got in a 2 pack and they are so bad that i relegated them to being only used in power strips so they sit vertically.

You can read the bottom of the product in the first picture: 100-240V 50/60 Hz

From item description:
When using C1 and C2 ports together, you get a combined output of 45W and 20W. For C1 and A1, it's 45W and 18W, and for C2 and A1, it's 7.5W and 7.5W. When all three ports are used (C1, C2, and A1), you get 45W, 7.5W, and 7.5W

This is very typical for 3 ports generic 65W GaN charger. I have Oriamo and it does the exact same. Anker 65W 3 port charger does it a little better, it can do 40W + 12W + 12W when all three ports are used (note anker drops the Peak by 40W whereas generic ones does 45W)

Eventually it all comes down to scenario like charging a laptop and a phone simultaneously, honestly these cheap GaN charger does that job just fine. 3rd port charging is a stretch but still useful to charge small device like headphones at expense of 12.5W

Those specs were the first thing I looked.
The user reviews report if you use C1 and C2 simultaneously, neither port can fast charge. No laptop was mentioned. In another 65W power adapter reviews, one said laptop could only trickle charge.

My conclusion is like many power banks, the power adapters also have inflated specs. I won't be buying power adapters for awhile (nor power bank). I will see if these products are improved next year.

Honestly someone has to check the output using USB tester and see what all protocols are supported. This kind of product cannot be just trusted on word based review. Many get this as a free product to write a review.
The Oriamo one that I bought, someone posted images of USB tester and that gave me confidence to buy one. I bought it for similar price around $13 but it has been able to charge my Surface book 2 without any problems, I do connect my oneplus phone to charge at times and it only charges at 10W or so because my Oneplus phone does not support PPS or PD so it defaults to 10W charging
