Tritons are well made and the screen is beautiful. The price is just ok - the 4060 is equal to the 3070ti but with frame gen, more efficient too. We've seen 4060's for this price.

I previously had the 11th gen 16-inch model with an RTX 3060. Due to their slim design, these units tend to get quite hot, and I believe it was even thinner than my G14, though I could be mistaken. Additionally, the display quality on the Predator Tritons is exceptional, definitely superior to that of my 2023 Legion 5, and I'd even venture to say it's on par with my 2023 G14.

Same-ish spec but bulkier and not a premium build quality like the Triton. You would have to hold one in person to know. Helios should have better thermals, but someone told me the thermals improved on the tritons after the 11th gen models.

These are two different models. The display on this is superior, battery is bigger and it weighs less. Those aren't considered "same" specs.
Secondly, your post is 7 months old not over a year but that doesn't matter coz they aren't the same models nor is that one available.

Yep. That's why in many cases the 4070 isn't worth the upgrade from a 4060 on newer machines… They gimped the memory bus on the 4070s compared to the 3070s. 3070 cards are 256-bit and the 4070 and 4060 are both 128-bit. Optimization can help to some extent with that but there will be a point that it will saturate the bus on newer titles and you'll feel the difference.
