Warranty doesn't matter? Yeah, ok. I had two TVs replaced with a SquareTrade warranty in the last 9 years.

I ordered this a few days ago when the promo was a $100 gift card. I chatted with a Costco Online rep who was able to get me the extra $50 as a gift card.

If you have edu account with samsung, you can get it from samsung.com for total around ~1300 otd with free installation service,
costco extended warranty does not really matter a lot honestly. these tv will definitely outlast 5 years.

i bought direct from samsung and of note if you want a good sound system the 990c bundles down to $600ish when you get both in one order.

it's not as good as G3 obviously, but it's comparable to C3 and it doesn't pop or crack like my G3.

I like this tv

RTINGS have a couple youtube videos testing burn-in on TVs. Their result was QD-OLED was more prone to burn-in than the LG WOLED, but that was for the previous gen S95B models. You can search "4 Month Update! QD-OLED Burn-in" on youtube to find the video
