Almost as good as Daim, but not quite. Probably still a top five US candy bar.

Is there any reason be concerned over the use of the word "chocolatey" instead of them actually calling it chocolate? I know there are many industry standards in food products that prohibits companies from calling something by a specific name if it doesn't meet the standard for that product. Some examples that come to mind are cheese and ice cream. Seems like they usually get a little dicey with the names when they don't meet the standard. You start seeing words like "cheesy" or "cheese product" or, in the case of ice cream that doesn't meet the standard due to not having the minimum standard of cream, "Ice Milk". Is this a case of Hershey's watering down the chocolate standard for bigger profits? Or could they be warming us up to seeing the term "chocolatey" so they can slip in the big substitution at some point in the future? I know chocolate manufacturers have been lobbying to replace cocoa butter with cheaper fats and I believe cocoa butter is a requirement for it to be called chocolate.

There's another option of 48 oz (12 4-oz bars) with toffee bits for $15.30 (15% S&S).

https://www.amazon.com/Heath-Choc...B089TRLR58

48 oz w/toffee bits for $15.30 = 31.9 cents per oz.

25.2 oz full toffee (OP above) for $13.63 = 54.1 cents per oz.

Not the same though…full toffee vs toffee bits.

This would also be great for ice cream. It's a topping I always get at Cold Stone Creamery.
