how soon can you order 2nd one (after 1st order)?
After the shipment, you can activate it with the order information. And that will enable you to place the order online.

alrite guys, i can confirm that the tablet can be activated with T mobile sim card or its piggy carrier like Mint mobile too. No need to be activated with metro sim card that came in the box. No metro boot up screen, no metro bloatware or anything like that too

just tested with my ATT sim card. It's network lock. But can be activated and use with any carrier under TMB umbrella. I will be using it as wifi only anyway so network doesnt really matter. But no Metro bloatware is definitely a plus

Such a good deal I went ahead and grabbed a 4th tablet, I now have 3 setup on my office desk as live webcam viewers of my property and the 4th in my living room for playing PlayStation 5 Remote Play or YouTube TV when my wife is hogging the TV.
Exactly how I'm using them. Was using Fire Tablets. At this price, there's no reason to deal with the Fire poop shenanigans. Also wouldn't care whatsoever about unlocking and 5G.

why are people worried about unlocking a tablet? Just use wifi it's not like you will be using for calls

It's extra bonus if you can get it unlocked and it will have better resale value when people want to get rid of it later

When you have some free/cheap data/voice lines then you will care.

Question:
I would love to get this unlocked.
If I activate online and DON't insert the sim card... Will it still unlock after 6 months?

In the past, it would unlock.
Right now metro is changing its unlock policy and may check if the device has activities on its network (like data, call and messages usage), just like what t-mobile does, for unlock eligibility.
If you really care about unlock, you shouldn't take this risk.
