I think you're trying to say when you mix ram sticks of differing speeds, all the sticks will run at the speed of the slowest stick.

If you are mixing ram cards, it'll run at whatever the top speed is of the other ram card you have installed

Yes, it should be able to. I just bought it recently and am running it at 4800 Mhz to match my other installed 32gb of RAM which is Corsair as well.

It's base setting is probably 4800, then the XMP loaded profile OCs it to 6000.

If you really want to be sure, check the motherboard's compatibility list.
Otherwise, just run a memtest overnight when you get the RAM to see if it runs stable.

Not exactly. They will run at their lowest jdec, likely 4200 or 4800

These are samsung timings most likely, you are better off spending an extra 10 bucks for hynix memory
