Realistically? For most people: Just coffee is a good pre-workout - it's the caffeine that gives you most of what you need - i.e. the energy to go get 'em The big improvements for any form of exercise will be from enough protein + Creatine.

But these pre-workouts do work, and they do get you jazzed up to go do things. So if you want, at this price, I'd give it a try. I do recommend taking a half dose though for a while to get used to it. A full dose if you're not expecting it can be... weird feeling, to say the least.

Looking at the ingredients, you're getting what you paid for at the sale price. Low dosages of the important stuff and space-filler ingredients that you can get in other forms for far cheaper (b-vitamins and creatine). If you're serious about a preworkout this wouldn't be what I'd recommend in the long term. If you need something to get you started this is ok for the price.
