Yeah, probably don't go for canned pasta if you're concerned about how healthy it is.

This should be bought by people who really like it for what it is, or, like me, just want to buy a can or two for a taste of nostalgia. You're not going to be improving your health by eating this unless you happen to have a need for more sodium and sugar in your diet.
I do need that

When I get spaghettios I get them without meat and buy gourmet meatballs from the meat market section. It's quite a humorous dish but it isn't bad especially if you get a brick of parmesan cheese. You may laugh but I am lazy I'm not boiling noodles

I had a few cans in the pantry just in case. That would be when I didn't have 4 minutes to cook real pasta in Instant Pot with real tomato sauce. When I finally tossed the unused canned spaghetti o's I noted that the best by date was 1989 marked 10/$1. Should have auctioned it on ebay. See this is a great deal if you hold on to your cans long enough.

I tried this with Chef BoyRDee Ravioli's about 20 years ago when my daughter was 5(figured she might want to try).
All ended up in garbage...vomit

This is worse than poor quality dog food. Look at the ingredients. It's not even REAL food.

What exactly is the line between "REAL food" and "not" to you? Every ingredient I see is perfectly normal.

IMO U can add herbs, cheese etc. and it won't be as good as comparable Chef Boyardee product.

Cmon. It's full of cheap wheat that's ultra processed and clumped with salt and fat.
Bottom half of ingredients say it's full of food substitutes and additives.

But if it works for you, to each his own.

These are another example of "not the same as it used to be". Not that I ate a ton of this as a kid, but it tasted decent, so I bought this for my kids a year or so ago. OMG it's nasty. Even the kids wouldn't eat it, had to donate it all. Kraft Mac & Cheese is the same, nowhere near the same product as it was back then.

"Cheap wheat"? "Food substitutes"? "Additives"? Does the food you eat use "expensive" wheat? What is a "food substitute"? An "additive"? So, like, something you "add" to your food? Like, an ingredient?

Literally nothing you're saying makes any sense. Yes, it's junk food, and it's fine to not want to eat junk food. But at least know why, don't just spout made up terms that mean nothing.
