Why are people giving up their Keurig Coffee Machines?

2,618 1,562 April 25, 2024 at 10:43 PM
So I live in a fairly well-off city where most of the new homes are valued at or near $1 million.

I have a Keurig machine (office version) at work (and another there as a backup in case the primary one dies).

I also have an office version one at home.

Why do you suppose people are getting rid of theirs? All of the ones I have gotten have worked well.

It's just that brewed coffee in a cup doesn't seem to stay hot very long.

What do home prices have to do with coffee makers? I live in a very pricey neighborhood in Seattle and my coffee maker consists of a tiny strainer held over a mug and lined with a coffee filter.

I'm hanging onto mine as long as my neighbors keep having k-cups delivered from amazon. Except for that damn tight-wad 2 trailers over that buys that nasty ass San Francisco Bay shit.
