The Sweepstakes is open only to citizens and permanent residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, (the "Eligibility Area") who as of the date of their Entry (defined below) into the Sweepstakes are at least (a) twenty-one (21) years of age or (b) the minimum age for executing contracts in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater.
THERE IS A LIMIT OF ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON AND A LIMIT OF ONE (1) ENTRY PER EMAIL ADDRESS FOR THE DURATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES.
One (1) potential Grand Prize (defined below) winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about 3 June 2024
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. "Grand Prize" will consist of a trip ("Trip") for the eligible Grand Prize Winner and one (1) travel companion to Sydney, Australia. The Trip includes the following: (i) round trip ("R/T") Economy (Coach) class airfare for two (2) people to Sydney, Australia from the US Qantas gateway airport (Los Angeles International Airport "LAX", San Francisco International Airport "SFO", John F. Kennedy International Airport "JFK", Daniel K. Inouye International Airport "HNL", or Dallas Fort Worth International Airport "DFW") that is nearest the Grand Prize Winner's hometown (as determined in Sponsor's sole discretion), (ii) standard hotel room for a five-night/six-day stay at hotel of Sponsor's sole discretion, (iii) two (2) Sydney BridgeClimb tickets, (iv) two (2) Sydney Harbour cruise tickets , (v) private surf lessons for two (2) on Bondi Beach, (vi) Blue Mountains National Park eco-adventure tour for two (2). The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is US$4,999.00.
Grand Prize Winner must provide a minimum of 45 days advance notice of desired departure and all travel must be completed by 30 June 2025.
