Newegg[newegg.com] has Gigabyte Radeon RX 7900 GRE Gaming OC 16GB Video Graphics Card GPU (GV-R79GREGAMING OC-16GD) on sale for $549.99 - $20 off w/ promo code SSDR2279 = $529.99. Shipping is free.
Pure rasterization is pretty similar. If you plan on using Ray tracing extensively, Nvidia is the better answer at the same price. For the long run, the Radeon card has 16 GB of vram versus only 12 GB for the 4070 super.

This or a 4070 super for the same price?
What fps and resolution do you want to ray trace at is the main question because lots of ray tracing will put you fps where you'd rather run native. Also if your the type of gamer that AAA games, you gotta ask this question even more seriously because titles like Alan Wake 2 and Cyberpunk and similar demanding titles put you at 70ish fps at 1440p with dlss and ray tracing. Is that what you want? Its only going to get more demanding. If you want to hit 60 fps at 1440p with no dlss and ray tracing in the future, then sorry, forget ray tracing. Go with the 16 vram imo if thats the case. Also personally I can only count less than 5 titles where ray tracing was like "Oh nice, this really does make a difference".
It should be noted that this Gigabyte card is one of the fastest and most overclocked of the RX 7900 GRE cards, and one of the only more overclocked ones that retails at the MSRP of $550. At $530, it's probably one of the best bang for the buck cards you can get in this price range. I got one at launch for MSRP, and it's been great so far.
But don't fall for Newegg's GPU trade-in scam. I did, and, like with SO many others online, they rejected my trade-in with no reason whatsoever, even though it was working perfectly fine before I sent it to them and after they sent it back.

They should provide reason for rejection.
I would like to know what their rejection to acceptance ratio is.

VRAM. I don't think ray tracing is really worth it, at least not yet. Way too demanding!
Vram becomes a big factor with ray tracing in several scenarios.
