That's actually what I am trying to figure out too. Seems like Samsung's support has no idea what the difference is. It looks like maybe the **80 comes with 3 extra bags, but that seems like a really goofy reason to have a whole extra SKU for

read the reviews before purchasing. lots of 1 stars indiacate this vacuum doesn't come with many listed accessories, with an extra battery, it's decent at best. In the past they included 2 batteries by default for bespoke line ( like the amazon deal) but Samsung always plays games on their own website

I got this model from Samsung, but due to its noisy and hard sweep, I decided to return it. Samsung provided me with two return labels - one for the vacuum and the other for the battery. However, I was surprised to find that the battery was not refunded as it was offered for free with the vacuum. On the other hand, the vacuum's return was processed, but the battery price of $150 was deducted from the refund amount. I found it challenging to deal with Samsung's support.

A couple years ago I bought a second Jet cordless thinking it was the cheaper way to get a second battery and extra accessories. Turns out the batteries were ever so slightly different. I'm not saying that's the case here but just something that could be potentially slightly different (like extra bag or filter) and necessary to create different SKU that in my case i wished i scrutinized and looked into a bit better.

I was having the same thought. I owned the previous version of this vacuum, and its battery lost its capacity within a couple of years. Although I thought the additional battery would be useful, it turned out to be incompatible with the older model.
