VIPOUTLET via eBay [ebay.com] also has the August Home Wi-Fi Smart Lock with Yale Smart Keypad (Matte Black) on sale for $125. Shipping is free.

About this item:
  • UPGRADE YOUR EXISTING DEADBOLT: August smart locks fit on the inside of your door, making your regular deadbolt smarter, more secure and way more convenient. Keep your keys just in case (but you won't need them).
  • GRANT ACCESS WITH THE AUGUST APP: Forget key copying. Quickly and easily share permanent, scheduled or temporary access to your home with friends, family and other people you trust, and never put a key under the doormat again.
  • SMART KEYPAD INCLUDED: No need for guests to download an app. The Smart Keypad (included) allows guests to get in with their own unique code. Great for small kids, one-time visitors, or phone-free moments.
  • EASY TO INSTALL ON ANY DOOR: Even if you're not so handy, installation only takes about 10 minutes. August locks fit perfectly over most single cylinder deadbolts and aren't much bigger than your original thumbturn.
  • WORKS SEAMLESSLY WITH YOUR SMART HOME: Built-in Wi-Fi allows your lock to work with your favorite voice assistant, including Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, Apple HomeKit, Samsung SmartThings and more.
  • AWARD-WINNING SMART LOCK YEAR AFTER YEAR: Voted CNET Editor's Choice two years in a row (2020/2021), Best Smart Lock by Good Housekeeping (2021), Best Smart Lock by Tom's Guide (2021).

Reviews are good, but not great (4.1/5.0). Anyone have this? Any good?

Wondering the same. I was also looking at the Wyze lock and it generally has better reviews from what I can tell but it's the same price as this and also includes a doorbell - it's at MSRP though.

I legit had this unit for an Airbnb I stayed at last week.

The keypad seemed to stop working. Even after new batteries. But the app still worked.

I have wyze lock, works properly 99% of the time. It only gets confused if you open close too many times in short period or if you leave the door a little close that it thinks you closed it. It has trash mode that you can activate so it doesn't lock behind you, overall I am very happy. It's the non fingerprint version, wifi. I would recommend that.
Keypad sold seperately thougg well worth it .

Well my apartment won't let me have anything on the outside of my door so have to have it only be on the inside.

You can still use wyze without keypad, you can keep your key but use wifi or assistance unlock like Alexa, siri, etc. Remotely or via app

The Wyze lock you posted is $129.98 by itself, but the same price bundled with the Video Doorbell.
