Wurkkos FC13 is one of my favorites. It uses a 18360 battery. I like the larger RGB button and the Anduril 2 user interface which offers many customization options. The body design is interesting, clean, practical and functional for heat dissipation. Also like the contrasting orange front lens retainer ring. The machining is high quality and all the threads are anodized and machined smooth without rough cuts.

This FC13 is a flood type. However, SFT40 has a longer throw, thus more focused beam in the center and less spread, compared to XHP50.2. It's hard to beat at this clearance price.

Advanced mode
• Smooth infinite brightness adjustment or stepped ramp mode
• Sunset mode - auto shutoff timer
• Candle, lightning, tactical strobe, party strobe (very bright), biker flasher modes
• Change RGB button settings - off, low, high, blinking
• Auto lock - prevents accidental on in pocket, backpack, purse, etc. - on turbo setting, it can easily start a fire in the right condition
• Battery check, voltage check, temperature check
• Beacon mode, sos mode
• Version check, factory reset

Note about the larger RGB lighted button:
Not sure if the larger RGB button will be continued on their future lights so if you like the larger RGB button and like this model, you may want to stock up.

Color:
Exterior has a black satin-matte finish

There are three LED emitter options:
• XHP50.2 5000-5300K
wide spread flood, neutral white warm center with slight yellow-green corona, less harsh

• XHP50.2 6000-6500K
wide spread flood, neutral white

• SFT40 6000-6500K
tighter focus, longest throwing, neutral white with faint yellow-green corona

If you are looking for a brighter wider beam for closer task, then go with the XHP50.2 emitter. As for the light temperature, 5000k is neutral white but the center will have a faint greenish-yellowish tint. 6000k will be more white with a bluish tint. The SFT40 emitter will provide the most tint free white but not as much near beam spread/brightness as the XHP50.2 emitter.
• XHP50.2 5000k - warm white with faint greenish-yellowish tint with wider and pleasant close light distribution
• SFT40 6000k - tint free bright purest white; *close* task in *turbo* setting can be harsh with bright focused center; better for critical color discernment

Here's a video comparing the XHP50.2 and SFT40.

One thing they missed on the exterior manufacturing is the emitter/switch section and the body tube (mid-section) does not align like the photo shown. The body tube flat section does not lineup perfectly with the button as shown on the display photo. This can be accomplished if the threading is done consistently on the same location during production. (photos attached). Anyone that has one that aligns perfectly has a winner. You got to be really happy.

If anyone is looking for a compact but a powerful thrower for its size, take a look at the Wurkkos TS11. It uses a compact 18350 battery but if you get a long tube ($2.50), you can convert the light to take the longer lasting and the most common 18650 battery. The price is a little more but if you like a little powerful thrower, you will love it. Design is simple, clean, interesting with functional details. Anodized orange finish with black RGB button looks stunning.

Bonus: TS11 will also allow you to emit various RGB color light in advance mode. There are two modes in Anduril 2 UI - simple and advanced.

You are correct. 18650 battery will increase your run-time and possibly be brighter than using 18350 battery. But mainly think of it as increasing the capacity of the battery. As for charging, yes you can use the USB-C built-in connector to charge the 18650 battery.

Battery length difference with equal diameter
18350 battery > 350 = 35mm
18650 battery > 650 = 65mm
If you are ordering the flashlight and need batteries, be sure to get the light and battery bundle with your order. It's cheaper (currently $3 additional).

If you're ordering just the batteries, you do not have to use the Wurkkos brand as they are not better or cheaper than the reputable brands. As long as they are a good brand with the right specs, they should perform as good or better.

A few recommendations:
• 18650 should be rated 3000mAh or higher
• 18650 3C and not 1C
• Brands: LG, Molicel, Murata, Panasonic, Samsung, Sanyo, Sony and there are few others not mentioned

Note: Wurkkos 18650 are 3C with button top

Ty! Got me a couple of long tubes for my ts11 and a few batteries as well. Pickup this fc13 too for free shipping 😅. Just realized my sofirn sc31 pro tube fits my ts11. Now I have an ultra short sc31 and a long ts11. Awesome!

This is a good brand. I have 3 lights from them, TS10, FC11 and FC13S. All perform as expected. Highly recommend Wurkkos.

Beware!! This is dishonest company that runs a scam on their customers.

They will show free shipping on the product page and also a coupon code. If you don't use the coupon code the shipping is free but if use the coupon code they charge you for shipping. The shipping is ALWAYS more than the saving of the coupon so you actually end up paying more by using a coupon code.

Then when you don't purchase because you see the scam but leave items in your cart, you will get an email saying you left items in your cart. The email will show the item, the price, and a discount (different from the coupon code) but when you go back to your cart the discount shown in the email is not there.

Bro . Do you need help ordering? I've ordered plenty from them and shipping is always free and coupon always worked. Sometimes, it's a little tricky to get it to work because their website isn't the best. But to accused them of scamming is a bit far fetched.

Are you new to online shopping or something? A lot of companies prevent customers from "double dipping" so you can either use the coupon or get free shipping, but not both. You can't stack coupons.. ect.. ect. You seem to be shocked by this and accuse them of being "scammers" which is a bit of a stretch. Did they charge your CC more than what the invoice said? Did they do a bait and switch and send you a product of lesser value than what you had ordered? Or worse, did they never send you the product that you had bought at all and refuse to refund you? Oh wait, you never even went past the order page. I've ordered from them more than once and everything went smoothly from beginning to end. But the icing on the cake is their products are actually very good and priced competitively when there's a sale. So unless you actually ordered and used their products, your opinions are really irrelevant.
Don't make up excuse for falling for a scam. When the use of a coupon makes the total price more than if you didn't use the coupon it is a scam. We aren't talking about a % off coupon or a free shipping coupon. We are talking about free shipping all the time but when you use a coupon a shipping charge is applied and it is more than the savings of the coupon. That's a scam.

I have also bought and used products of theirs in the past so that's a moot point even though people of normal intelligence can see a scam without being suckered by one.

I also noticed you were silent about the fact they send an email that you have items in your cart and in the email show the price with an added discount that doesn't exist when you go back to your cart.

Furthermore when you go to their website they have a little blue banner that says "Message Us" but when you click on it you are taken to a web page that says "This page isn't available".

They are scammers.

I jumped on this deal yesterday evening and purchased one. But have yet to receive any confirmation from them. Has anyone else had this experienced?
