Called rep, he added 4 bags to my cart & said there was a $10 min. He said "let's see if it lets me check out". It did & was able to just get the 4 bags.

Use the app (if you're referring to the website having problems). If you're experiencing problems with the app, then reinstall it. That has fixed the problem every time for me (until the next time that it misbehaves).
Tried 10 diff stores. Every time I see a deal that involves Walgreens I safely assume my order is going to get cancelled, the on hands are incorrect, and now apparently, I won't be able to add it to my cart to begin with. Smfh
This is a rampant problem with many stores because the staff isn't doing their job (so what else is new)! I've had numerous experiences where an item shows sufficient quantity, then shows either less or none after the order is placed! That's because they're supposed to manually alert home base through their system with either the correct quantity or no quantity. If not, any order for that item is either filled with a lesser quantity or rejected. I live in an area with many Walgreen's stores, and I'd say that 2 out of approx. 10 are generally accurate, while all of the others are rarely accurate. Perfect example....I placed two orders for these (8 bags each). One (closest store) came back zero. The other (a distance away) came back with all 8 available. It's ridiculous!
Take note that the coupons don't always work automatically (as described in the deal post). You may need to hit the "+" next to the coupon description, or it won't apply to the purchase. This would apply to purchases made via the app (I never use the website).
One store near me showed stock, but wouldn't let me checkout. I called customer service, and while on hold, it went out of stock. I stopped at that store today, and they had 5 bags @ $2.99 ea. I asked for a price match, was told they don't do price matches. I even showed them my online cart that showed out of stock at that store. I call shenanigans!
I cleared cookies and was able to place order after that
I cleared cookies and all that happened was I had to login in again to all the sites I was on and redo 2FA, which was a pain in the ass. Clearing cookies is a terrible solution to fix a broken website and I can't remember the last time I had to do it.

Just use the Walgreen's app and avoid using the website.
If you experience issues with the app, clear the phone's browser cache 1st, restart the phone 2nd, and, if necessary, reinstall the app.

They typically don't match their website pricing....but it's definitely arbitrary. If you ask for a manager and tell them that you had a problem checking out online, they might accommodate you.
If you were using the website, avoid it next time and use the app on your phone. It's not perfect, but always more reliable than the website.

I do everything in web browsers. If I have to move to a phone and download an app and login on the app and then Walgreens is now dormant on my phone -- I prefer not to. It is just another thing to think about, and I am really not a fan of the 'app for every single thing' model when websites are fully capable of doing whatever you need. Except it isn't easy to get lists of contacts, location data, and all that other juicy data that is going to sit on a database secured by the same IT department that can't make a functioning website.

To each his own....but in certain cases, the apps are better maintained and more reliable.

Edit, solved by checking out on incognito mode, maybe my browser cache is too full
2) Reinstall the app (assuming that you're using the app).
