If you like to cook and have a kitchenaid, this tool will bring you to the next level. I make chicken burgers from fresh whole chickens and this is amazing. Super well built and easy to clean.. will last a LONG time if you properly maintain. Highly recommend.

I have the old, plastic version and I have put bones and skin through it with no issue.
