edit: made marinated chicken in it and was thoroughly impressed.
note the probe isn't as accurate as you would like, while not horrible I did the chicken at 155 instead of at the 165 recommended and wish I was 5 or 10 degrees less. I would do 145 and check the firmness 👍
How do you immediately turn it off? the screen...?

When I was done grilling I just unplugged it. That is the only "off" button 🔘 I found 😂
