In the northeast, Market Basket is advertising 10% off a few gift cards graduation special for the next 2 weeks. Featured at the top is Roblox game gift cards.
Nothing helps bring your grown child into the real world like a Roblox game card.
I did this a few months ago for a project. Get the app and create an account or create an account on the web site. Add the digital coupon to your account. When you're in the store, say you have a coupon and the keypad asks for the phone number on the account to apply it.
A couple notes...the coupon is good for one item and the maximum value of one card is $500. It will bring the price down to $450. No tax. You can create another account with a different phone number and email to do it again.
Your credit card bank may flag a large gift card purchase as fraud and deny the transaction and maybe send you a text and email. You can confirm the transaction with your bank by replying to the text or email and then submit the transaction again. I had trouble doing a second one with the same credit card even after replying to the alert so I used a second credit card.
My first transaction went through fine. When I went back the next day, a different cashier refused to do it and said cash only because of fraud. I went to another store and had no problem with a second purchase there.
Unlike the 5% Lowe's credit card bonus, you can stack this with a military discount and also get whatever cash back bonus you get with your credit card when you buy the gift cards.
Edit: Another quirk. The ad runs til May 4, but when you add the coupon to the account it has its own expiration. A coupon that I added to my account today says that it is good til May 18.
They don't have an extra charge it 10% off total card. ie: $100 GC you pay $90
Thank you! I have a few things to buy for a flooring project I'm working on. I may grab one today, but the coupon says it expires the 18th of this month, but the deal only goes to tomorrow. Anyway, good deal.

Edit: You need the coupon. They have it buried on their site, here's a direct link at their website: Coupon [dollargeneral.com].
