If you are still trying to use your AM4 AMD motherboard for a few more years and have some DDR4 ram you like this is an amazing upgrade on a budget.

This is also $4.30 cheaper than a Front-Page deal from 2 months ago.

This is 8 cores and 16 threads. I had one before of this exact model before I upgraded and it was amazing at most metrics and very fast with 2 sticks of RAM and easily to clock the memory properly.

This is in their Newegg+ membership but it is free at least right now to join. I joined in 2 minutes.

This CPU is in a weird spot now. If you're mainly doing gaming then you should get the 5800X3D. If you need more cores for productivity apps then go for the 5900X or 5950X. If you're on a tight budget then get the 5600X. But I'm not sure what scenario where I'd recommend this one.
