Probably, I honestly don't see EA making it lower than this. I would grab it if you're on PC they changed the play-calling menu for PC users. Also, probably the last Madden I purchase.

Are the previous years still viable after the next year's version comes out? Or will all online play be limited to only the latest version?

Yeah, you can still play multiplayer on older Maddens and also buy old Maddens, but that's if their player still playing.

I just want to grab this for my 7 y/o. He doesn't care about the latest rosters and whatnot (other than J. Jefferson being on the Vikings). Hypothetically speaking, if this is the only Madden I ever buy- would I be better off getting PS5 or PC? Would I be able to update the rosters on PC (mods?) in the coming years? Just curious...
