I don't think this applies to everyone or at least all controllers. I played through the entirety of ME1 and am about 75% done with ME2 on the LE and have done so exclusively with a wireless controller.

That may be true as I stopped playing about a year or 2 ago. They may have ironed out the kinks since release.

I had this on origin already and got it through steam hoping the steam input would help my Dualshock 4 work more seamlessly. I tried so many combinations of big picture mode and not, steam input enabled and not, and PlayStation controller support on/off and in the end I had to turn it all off and go with ds4win. I'll probably get a refund, not sure if Steam achievements and trading cards will even work, it still says I've only played one minute.

Games that launch straight from Steam play like a dream! Anything that has to launch a secondary launcher... less so. Not impossible, just frustrating.

So, nothing against Mass Effect specifically- just Origin/EA launcher games.

(and uplay, epic, whatever)
