IIRC the 14" has soldered RAM and is actually kinda slim, while the 16" has upgradeable ram but is NOT slim at all

What exactly is upgraded from 2023? I'm being serious. The CPU is a rebadged Zen 4; The screen looks to be the same specs; same GPU. All very nice, but why would someone be motivated to buy this model?

I haven't seen any meaningful update to the Legions this year. I just bought the Legion 5 Pro (2023) from Walmart for $1299 and it has been great so far.

They are hoping to capture new buyers because of the NPU shoehorned onto the chip. You will see a lot of refreshes for 2024 because Nvidia isn't going to do any mobile super series of their cards. 2025 we should see 5 series cards in the laptops, someone correct me if I am wrong.

Lenovo redesigned the 2024 model so the actual performance with high temperature is much better now.
