You save enough on these prebuilds at a good price that if you need to buy a higher quality replacement power supply in the future if the generic one fails it's not an issue. It's mostly all name brand parts. Mine came with an ASUS mobo, PNY graphics card, Kingston SSD, adata RAM. Ibuypower owns the company that makes the cases. It's got their own branded all-in-one cooler which is on the budget side but it works fine.
after using a Capital One Quicksilver promotion I got $200 off of the PC and it ended up being about $400 cheaper than if I bought the parts and built my own. My first pre-built computer in 34 years
For only $160 more, it beats the current Frontpage Dell XPS 8960 deal in RAM, SSD, PSU and CPU. And you get a non-proprietary, upgradeable chassis.

OPs would have a generation newer processor, better video card (ti vs. non-ti), DDR5 vs. DDR4, more latest generation USB ports, better and bigger case, etc. Not sure about PSU.
For someone who would use the horsepower for video editing/rendering moreso than gaming, worth the jump to OP's deal? I'm well within my return window with Costco. And I haven't done much "configuring" with the HP yet, so it's not like I'm "settled in".

You can disable the RGB with the included software or through the BIOS:

That depends on the game, screen resolution, and FPS target.
The 4060Ti is reviewed as a mid-range 1080P card, primarily because most games these days are unoptimized ports and reviewers neglect the fact that the consoles do a lot of cheating to barely get close to 60FPS.
If your focus is on something like the latest Call of Duty, then 1080P with a mix of medium and a couple high settings will put you close to 60FPS.
